Holiday Policy~ Due to High demand for petsitting services during the holiday season, stays thats include and of the following dates will be priced at our holiday rate: FEB 14-17, 2025 MAY 23-26, 2025 JUN 19-22, 2025 JUL 4-6, 2025 AUG 29-SEP 1, 2025 NOV 27-30, 2025 DEC 24, 2025-JAN 1, 2026 JAN 16-19, 2026 FEB 13-16, 2026 Overnight Booking Policy~ A 30% deposit is required to reserve overnight bookings, this deposit is refundable up to one month prior to booking start date. If you'd like to pay for your booking in installments please inquire with Emma. General Cancellation Policy~ We understand that sometimes life happens. For all other bookings if you need to cancel please do so three days prior to booking. Cancellations within the three day time frame will incur 50% service fee according to the service(s) booked.
